Please submit all documents (see the Requirements and Guidelines Form) to Sarus by email before 5pm on December 1. Any documents received after this date and time will not be considered. Recommendation letters must also be sent before December 1st, but should be sent directly from the person writing the letter.

When you submit your application materials, please write the following in the subject line:
- For Cambodian applicants, write “2012 Cambodia Application (NAME OF APPLICANT).”
- For Vietnamese applicants, write “2012 Vietnam Application (NAME OF APPLICANT).”
- For Cambodian letters of recommendation, write “2012 Cambodia Recommendation (NAME OF APPLICANT).”
- For Vietnamese letters of recommendation, write “2012 Vietnam Recommendation (NAME OF APPLICANT).”
