Requirements
- Cambodian or Vietnamese citizenship
- Pursuing a bachelor degree at a university or community college in Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh City, or Can Tho
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Commitment to attend every Sarus training and orientation event, participate fully in the exchange program, and complete a community education project and independent research paper
Desired Experience
- Proven experience of meeting deadlines
- Interest or experience working with children, volunteering, and doing physical demanding tasks such as construction, hiking, and farming
- Interest or experience cooking and cleaning
- Video, photography, or graphic design skills
